Why You Should Hire A REALTOR®

1.        A real estate transaction is complicated. In many cases,
buying or selling a home requires disclosure forms, inspection
reports, mortgage documents, insurance policies, deeds, and
multi-page government-mandated settlement statements.  A
REALTOR® has the knowledge to guide you through this
complex process, which can help you avoid delays or costly
mistakes.

2.        Selling or buying a home can be time consuming. Even in a
strong market, homes  can stay on the market for quite a number
of days. Even after an offer is accepted, it usually takes another
60 days or so for the transaction to close.

3.        Real estate has its own language full of acronyms. If you
don't know a CMA from an EMD to an ABR,  you can understand
why it's important to work with someone who speaks the lingo.

4.        REALTORS® do it for a living. Most people buy and sell
very few homes in a lifetime, usually with quite a few years in
between each purchase. Even if you've done it before, laws and
regulations change. Having an expert that knows those changes
and is working for you can make your transaction smoother.

5.        REALTORS® provide an objective viewpoint. Since a
home often symbolizes family, rest, and security, not just four
walls and roof, home selling or buying is often a very emotional
undertaking.  A REALTOR® can see the house as a house (with
all its potentials or pitfalls), where the seller or buyer is only
seeing a home.  For most people, a home is the biggest purchase
they'll ever make. Having an objective, third party helps you keep
focused on both the business and emotional issues most
important to YOU.
