My name Julia Holmes and I have been with The Bill Gann Agency team since February, 2003. I'm a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Human Services and Rehabilitation.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I was a Social Worker and Foster Parent Recruiter for 9 years in Pensacola, Florida. I really enjoy working with people from "all walks of life." I also enjoy helping individuals and families to realize The American Dream of home ownership.

In addition to Real Estate, I enjoy cooking, going to the beach, and serving my community by volunteering on several local non-profit organizations' Board of Directors.
