Bill became a realtor more than 20 years ago after retiring from the military. He has years of experience in marketing/advertising/sales in local, regional, and national markets. Bill is retired military. Bill formed the Bill Gann Agency as a marketing and advertising agency and soon progressed into the real estate market. Bill's real estate credentials include:

During Bill's military career, he served during the WW II, Korea and Vietnam conflicts. He did not go to Vietnam. He served in the following staff positions: Intelligence Officer (S-2), Radar Officer Communications Officer, and also as Commanding Officer of a Signal Radar Maintenance Unit (SRMU) supplying 24 hour technical support to units of the Continential Air Defense Command (Northwest US). Bill also served 10 years as a Senior Instructor/Team Chief with the Artillery and Ordnance Guided Missile Schools.
